Shipping costs
From CHF / EUR 1'000 order value, the delivery within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe remains free of charge. For orders with a lower value, we will charge the following shipping costs:

CHF 10.-- postage cost per shipment within Switzerland
EUR 20.-- postage cost and EUR 35.-- customs clearance cost «DDP untaxed» per shipment within Europe

CHF 29.-- postage cost per shipment within Switzerland
EUR 25.-- postage cost and EUR 35.-- customs clearance cost «DDP untaxed» per shipment within Europe
Delivery time
The usual delivery time within Switzerland is 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. The delivery of your goods will be, as a rule, in the morning.
The usual delivery time within Europe varies according to the destination country between 3 and 10 working days after payment receipt.
Parcel service
Your order will be shipped with the Swiss Post or DPD. If you would like to have placed the parcel at a certain location or delivered to a neighbour in case of your absence, please let us know in the "comment" field after having filled in your address.
Price indication
Prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) are indicated including 8.1 % VAT, ex works Münsingen (CH). Packing included.
Prices in Euro (EUR) are indicated excluding VAT, ex works Münsingen (CH). Packing included. VAT will be charged in the country of destination and will be invoiced directly from the forwarder.

Payment conditions
Shower Systems that are ordered on-line from customers from Switzerland can be paid in advance or, in case of the mounting service through us, also cash, with Maestro card, Debitcard or Postfinance card. Accessory will be sent with an invoice, payable 15 days net.
Customers from Europe can pay their order in advance.
